HIP would like to welcome Suzanne Grouette to the Board.
We are thrilled to introduce Suzanne, our newest HIP Board member!
Suzanne is a seasoned Business Architect specializing in process and continuous improvement, with an impressive portfolio of projects at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Her expertise in streamlining operations and driving efficiency will be a tremendous asset to our team.
A dedicated member of Rotary International, Suzanne has a deep passion for local service projects, particularly those that support the indigenous community. In 2024, she accompanied several youth from southwestern Ontario to the HIP Truth & Reconciliation Experience in BC, reflecting her commitment to fostering understanding and reconciliation.
Suzanne’s leadership extends to her role as the District 6400 Assistant District Governor, and she has previously served as the president of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Walkerville, as well as the secretary/treasurer for the Rotary Club Windsor (1918) – Satellite. Her dedication to Rotary is further highlighted by her membership in the Paul Harris Society.
As a proud Métis, with roots in the Red River area of Manitoba, Suzanne has delved into her family’s history and emerged as a passionate advocate for indigenous causes. Her work in changing the narrative and promoting indigenous heritage is commendable, and she actively contributes to the Indigenous Heritage committee at her workplace.
In addition to her Rotary involvement, Suzanne volunteers extensively and is a member of the Council for Women in Technology and the Association of Business Process Management Professionals. Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, she is an avid hockey fan and enjoys playing golf.
Please join us in welcoming Suzanne to the HIP Board! We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the impactful contributions she will make. 🙌
Welcome, Suzanne
